Ave Maria
Il bianco e dolce cigno
Ave Maria
Jacques Arcadelt (1504/5-1568) was a composer who had been in Italy and France in Renaissance period. He composed motets, masses, chansons, and madrigals. A likely explanation is that Arcadelt's Ave Maria is not exactly his work. It might be an arrangement based on his chanson. However that may be, this music is quite beautiful and emotional.

Il bianco e dolce cigno
Jacques Arcadelt (1505-1568) was a French composer in late Renaissance period, who composed madrigals and chansons. This peace, "Il bianco e dolce cigno (The white sweet swan)", is his most famous madrigal singing about dying swan. The triginal text translated to English is as follows - quoted from CPDL, Choral Public Domain Library.
The white and sweet swan
dies singing, and I,
weeping, reach the end of my life.
Strange and different fate,
that he dies disconsolate
and I die a blessed death,
which in dying fills me
full of joy and desire.
If in dying, were I to feel no other pain,
I would be content to die a thousand deaths a day.
